Tour The FarmPress, vat room, secondary fermentation room, ageing cellar
Tour the farm to learn more about cider-making and taste our products.
During the tour, you will broaden your
knowledge of apples. They can be transformed in a variety of ways and offer a wide range of goods : juice, cider, aperitifs, Calvados, and apple cider vinegar.
For an hour, you will see the
machinery necessary to the making of apple juice – washer, sorting table, press, labelling machine. You will discover throughout the tour the
different steps of production – pressing, primary and secondary fermentation, distillation, labelling, ageing in casks.
A
tasting of a
wide range of our production is included in the tour. An alcohol-free option is available with a tasting of our different juices.
Tour Schedule
- From April 1st, 2024 to September 30th, 2024 and Fall holiday : tours are scheduled at a fixed time:
10 :45 or 3 :30pm in French
2 :30 pm in English - From January 1st, 2024 to March 31st, 2024 and October 1st, 2024 to December 31st, 2024 : tours are by appointment only.
Space is limited, booking by phone or email is strongly advised. For groups (20 people and up), tours are by appointment year-round.
